Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of platform.servgrid.net (the “Platform”), operated by ServGrid Ltd, 123 Tech Street, London EC1A 1AA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
The Platform provides a service catalog management system for organisations to document, manage, and share their internal and external services. Features vary by plan tier (Community / Professional / Enterprise).
2. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
- Process personal data in a manner inconsistent with applicable privacy laws
- Resell or sublicence access to the Platform without our written consent
3. Community Plan
The Community plan is provided free of charge, as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data availability, or continued availability of the service. We may modify or discontinue the Community plan with 30 days' notice.
The Community plan is not suitable for: regulated financial entities subject to DORA/NIS2, processing of special category personal data (GDPR Art. 9), or critical business operations requiring contractual SLA guarantees.
4. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its underlying code are owned by ServGrid Ltd. Your data remains yours. We do not claim ownership of content you store in the Platform.
5. Data Processing
Where you use the Platform to process personal data on behalf of your organisation, we act as your data processor. See our Privacy Policy for details. Enterprise customers may request a signed Data Processing Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £100 if you are on the free Community plan).
7. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with immediate effect for serious breaches or 30 days' notice otherwise. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless legally required to retain it.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
